We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal and business data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricted access controls, secure storage of login credentials shared for campaign management, and confidentiality obligations for our team members.

Limitation: No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. The Company cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for breaches arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including third-party platform breaches (Meta, Google, hosting providers) or Client-side negligence (e.g., sharing passwords insecurely).

6. Data Retention

We retain client and website visitor data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including ongoing service delivery, legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Data related to completed projects or terminated services may be retained for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. User Rights

In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual limitations

  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf, in the event of death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance regarding the handling of your personal data

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals above the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Sole Discretion: The Company reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date," and continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes the visitor's/Client's unconditional acceptance of the updated Policy.
